• Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences, Naharlagun, was established in 2017. The college is named after Tomo Riba, the 2nd chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh. This government-run medical college is located in Naharlagun town of Papum Pare district in Arunachal Pradesh. It's the first medical college in Arunachal Pradesh, and the first academic batch started in August 2018.

• The institute extensively focuses on research, with continuous research on health, wellness, and medical sciences. Prof. P. Jayakumar is the college's dean, and Dr Moji Jini is the director. The college also has a hospital with 300 beds. The multi-specialty hospital has around 1,200 outpatients daily, providing tertiary care with 24/7 trauma and emergency care. The 182-acre campus boasts lush greenery and is pollution-free. 24/7 security ensures students are safe and pursue their studies without worries.
