Campus: Located on the polygonal Gulbarga University Campus, it covers an area of 50.26 acres. It is home to a medical school, hospital, dental school, and nursing school.

Library: The library of the ESIC Medical College occupies 1,746 square meters on the college campus, and it can accommodate 300 students. It has 5,300 volumes, 55 issues of Indian periodicals, and five issues of international journals.

Hospitals: There are a total of six modular operating rooms and four state-of-the-art German-imported equipment in its hospital.

Hostels: The Gulbarga Hostel of Employees State Insurance Corporation Medical College is on campus, with a separate building for male and female students.
