  1. Campus: The administrative building of the Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences has four updated lecture halls, an examination hall, a demonstration hall, and a dissection hall, all of which are well-ventilated and have good airflow.

  2. Lab: The Library also has 15 air-conditioned computers available to students, all with access to the Internet and Heli-Net for online research.

  3. Library: The college's central library is 1,718 square feet in size and has seating for 506. It has various resources, such as 8594 medical books and 110 national and international journal titles. There are 728 audio/video cassettes, 250 electronic journals, and 155 electronic books available in the Central Library. The library contains a separate reading room and reference section for students and faculty and a Kannada and English newspaper section. 

  4. Hospitals: Patients may choose from one of almost 750 beds at the affiliated "Sri Chamarajendra Hospital," which is part of the institute. 

  5. Hostels: There are 264 beds in the hostel, split evenly between male and female students, and a 1,900-square-foot dining hall and kitchen connected to the building.
