• MGM Medical College is a prestigious medical college established on 14 November 1961 in Jamshedpur. It is the first government medical college of Jamshedpur. The medical college is affiliated with Kolhan University and was undertaken by the Government of Bihar in 1979. The institute is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Presently, the college has a capacity of 540 beds and offers its patients qualified doctors and trained paramedical staff.

It is a three-storeyed building that accommodates the OPDs and wards of the clinical departments, Operation Theatres, Blood banks, canteen, central laboratory, etc. Some unique features of teaching hospitals include -
