• Narayan Medical College, established in Sasaram, Bihar, is one of the renowned private colleges in Bihar. It is established on the Old Grand Trunk Road between Sasaram and Dehri-on-Sone. Sri Gopal Narayan Singh built the Narayan Medical Hospital in memory of his parents – Lt Deo Narayan Singh & Lt Mangla, who wanted to serve the poorest sections of the society. Sr Gopal Narayan Singh started the Narayan Chikitsalaya Hospital by forming the Deno Mangal Memorial Trust. 
• Today, the hospital stands on 25 acres of land and a medical college – the Narayan Medical College that educates and trains young doctors. 
• The hospital was started with 100 seats after getting approval from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The vision of Narayan Medical College and Hospital is ‘We dream of Healthy India.’ Since its beginning, the college has established itself in 2008 as a multi-specialty hospital that offers undergrad and postgrad programs in various medical disciplines.
