• North Sichuan Medical College is a high school for medical studies in Sichuan Province. It was also called North Sichuan Medical School in Southwest District. It was started in 1951 and became a junior college in 1965. Now, it is known by the name of Nanchong Medical College.
• Again, in 1985, it was reformed as an undergraduate degree college named North Sichuan Medical College. The college even passed the qualification assessment of undergraduate teaching work with flying colors in 1997. It even has approval from the Academic Degrees Committee of the state council as a master’s degree conferring unit.
