• Rajshree Educational Trust established the Rajshree Group of Institutions, with its main office situated in Bareilly. This initiative was undertaken under the visionary guidance of Chairman Shri Rajendra Kumar Agarwal and Secretary Shri Rakesh Kumar Agarwal. The Rajshree group has ventured into multiple sectors, including education, manufacturing, infrastructure development, real estate, agriculture, healthcare, medicine, and community advancement. 
• Today, it has established a distinctive position, consistently securing ranks among the leading institutes in the nation. At present, the consortium oversees 12 esteemed educational establishments in Bareilly. These institutions provide a diverse array of Postgraduate, Undergraduate, and Diploma programs in Engineering, Management, Medicine, Education, Science, Arts, Commerce, Pharmacy, Law, and Nursing, to name a few.
• Founded in the year 2014, the Rajshree Medical Research Institute Bareilly was initially designed to admit 150 MBBS students. However, RMRI Bareilly received MCI Recognition for 250 seats in 2019 and, starting from the Academic Session 2023-24, has expanded its intake capacity to accommodate 250 students. RMRI provides comprehensive MBBS, MD, and MS programs affiliated with M. J. P. Rohilkhand University in Bareilly and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) in New Delhi.
• The core objective of the Institute is to pioneer novel approaches to medical education, showcasing a benchmark for superior medical learning in India. RMRI has a few additional fees for activities, workshops, medical equipment, Library services, and other facilities. These also include a Medical checkup fee, Medical Kit fee, College uniform/dress fee, University fees, fees for books and practical manuals, and the Security Deposit, which is refundable in addition to any electricity bills (in case of personal appliances).
