• Siddaganga Medical College and Research Institute (SMCRI) is a new medical college established with the divine blessings of His Holiness Dr. Sree Sree Shivakumara Mahashivayogi was initiated to the holy order in 1930 by his guru His Holiness Sree Sree Uddanashivayogi.
• The college is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and recognized by the National Medical Commission. The college offers an MBBS course with an annual intake of 150 seats.
