About College

  • Smt. Kashibai Navale Medical College and General Hospital (SKNMCGH) was established in 1993 by Prof. M. N. Navale, the president of Sinhgad Technical Education Society. The college is named after the mother of Prof. M. N. Navale. The college is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and approved by the National Medical Commission. The college offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma courses in various medical disciplines. The undergraduate course is Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), a 5.5 years course with one year of compulsory internship. Admission to these courses is based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) score and the counseling process conducted by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. Dr. Krishnakant B Patil is the current dean of the college. 
  • The college has a campus of 36 acres with modern buildings and facilities.
