About College

  • In 1958, Yichun Medical University was established. Yichun offers stunning views and easy access to transit. The Shanghai-Russia Motorway, the Hangzhou-Changzhou High-Speed Railway, and the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway traverse the city.
  • The previous Yichun Teachers College, Yichun Medical College, Yichun Agricultural College, and Yichun Employee Amateur University were consolidated and promoted to full-time public undergraduate colleges in January 2000 with the Ministry of Education's blessing.

  • More than 19,000 full-time students are enrolled on the three sites, which total about 2,000 acres, including the main campus, the north campus, and the future campus. There are two affiliated hospitals, 11 faculties, 67 undergraduate majors, and 19 teaching colleges.
  • Many international students and international students enrolled in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program have successfully completed the exam for the Practitioner Qualification Certificate in their home nations.
