• With the approval of the Medical Council of India and the Central Government, the Trust opened Sri Muthukumaran Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, in  Chikkarayapuram, Near Mangadu, Chennai-600 069 from the academic year 2010–2011, with an annual intake of 150 students in MBBS Course.
• This institute is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.

• The 15600 square meter college building is made of a ground floor and six more floors. The College building houses all of the Pre-clinical and Para-clinical departments. The phrase "Quality in Education" serves as the college slogan, and the administration spares no effort to fulfill it.
• The faculty members also ensure that the students develop themselves outside the classroom for complete personality development.

• Lecture Theatres: There are 5 Lecture theatres (Gallery Type) with 180 seats each, A.V. Aids, and facilities for E-class accessible in the Medical College, and 1 Lecture theatre (Gallery Type) with 350 seats each, A.V. Aids, and facilities for E-class.
